At Tesla Diagnostics, we understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth operations of our diagnostic services.

2. Eligible Services for Refund

2.1 Fully Refundable Services

  • Pre-booked diagnostic tests (before sample collection)
  • Health packages (unused)
  • Home collection charges (if service not provided)
  • Advance payments for future services

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

  • Tests already conducted or samples collected
  • Report generation and processing fees
  • Expedited/urgent processing charges (once processed)
  • Consultation fees (after consultation)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can use any of the following methods:

  1. Online Portal: Log in to your account and navigate to Orders → Request Refund

  3. Email: Send your request to [email protected] with order details
  4. In-Person: Visit our center with your receipt and valid ID

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Processing Timeline

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Bank processing may take additional 2-3 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation at each stage

5.2 Refund Methods

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Credited to the same card used for payment
  • Net Banking: Transferred to the same bank account
  • UPI: Refunded to the same UPI ID
  • Cash Payments: Refunded via bank transfer or cheque

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Technical Issues

If you're unable to access services due to technical issues on our end:

  • 100% refund will be provided
  • Expedited processing within 2-3 business days
  • Additional compensation may be considered

6.2 Medical Emergencies

For cancellations due to medical emergencies:

  • 100% refund regardless of cancellation time
  • Medical documentation may be required
  • Priority processing within 48 hours

6.3 Service Quality Issues

If you're unsatisfied with our service quality:

  • Report within 24 hours of service
  • Investigation will be conducted
  • Full or partial refund based on findings
  • Free re-test may be offered as alternative

7. Package Refunds

For health packages and bundled services:

  • Unused tests in a package are refundable
  • Partial refunds calculated pro-rata
  • Package discounts adjusted in refund amount
  • Valid for 6 months from purchase date

8. Corporate and Insurance Refunds

For corporate bookings and insurance claims:

  • Subject to corporate agreement terms
  • Insurance refunds follow insurer guidelines
  • May require additional documentation
  • Extended processing time may apply

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  1. File an appeal within 7 days of decision
  2. Provide supporting documentation
  3. Review by senior management within 48 hours
  4. Final decision communicated within 5 business days

10. Terms and Conditions

  • Refunds are subject to verification of claims
  • Fraudulent claims may result in account suspension
